Review: They did a fantastic job at fixing my front in of my 2022 Dodge challenger. Customer service was very friendly and respectful and got my car back to me in a matter of simply a few weeks. On top of keeping me up to date with the status the whole time with text messages. Highly recommend if ya need work done they are the way to go!!!!

The customer service was top-notch. The team, particularly the front desk staff, were courteous, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my questions were answered and my concerns addressed. They kept me informed throughout the entire repair process, which made me feel confident and assured that my vehicle was in good hands.
I would like to specifically commend Ms. Lauren Jones, who took personal care of me throughout the entire process. She navigated my insurance issues with ease and ensured that everything was handled smoothly. Her dedication and attentiveness were truly remarkable. Lauren is a true superstar!
The quality of the repair work exceeded my expectations. My BMW X5 looks as good as new, and you can hardly tell that it was ever in an accident. Review: 10/10 recommend! Century Automotive Collision repaired my lift gate and bumper from a rear end fender bender and my car looks just like it did when I purchased it. Customer service is A+, the service advisors informed me when to bring my car in once the parts arrived and kept me updated on the progress. I was also able to have the rental car company pick me up at the collision center and Century handled my rental return onsite when I picked my car up. Everything was one stop!
