Let me start by saying; We are a fellow locally owned Alex City Business that purchased a Large glass window pane replacement during the stormy, winter season earlier this year. First, it took FIVE weeks to get the glass pane in, bc there was always some reason why it hadn’t arrived. 🚩 It was finally installed in Late February 7 weeks after placing the order 🚩 ; & it was installed improperly as it was not sealed at the frame or baseline area (see pics); called and informed them with no response. 🚩Another storm came & of course it cracked / split completely up the middle of the glass. 🚩🚩🚩& We’ve been calling for 6weeks for someone to come out to check out their work & situation so we can get it fixed, but when you call they will take your number claiming they will call you back but never do! This business is located in a small city, with not many options, you would think a business understands that all customers are important. Again we are a small business simply trying to do business and provide our customers a safe location to dine.
